Five real Shorts, and how each one was made.

From my three apps: MeinSystem, PatternMate and Das Köln Quiz. For each one you see what it was made from, what happens second by second, who did what, and how it did. The numbers are the channels' own, as of 2 Nov 2026.

Pull the Pin

“Snooze pin or alarm pin first?”

A planner app has no gameplay to show, so the agent invented a puzzle game in which the app's routine card is the cheat code.

// Beat sheet of the morning level in frames (30 fps).
// Take 1 = fail (phone first), rewind, take 2 = routine order.
export const T = {
  failPull: 56,
  failBanner: 168,
  rewindStart: 222,
  cardIn: 252,
  pin1Pull: 306,
  …
  completeBanner: 600,
  endCard: 650,
} as const;
Every level is plain data and Remotion code. No physics engine, so every render comes out the same.

Who did what

  1. 1YouAsked for puzzle levels where the app's routine card saves the day.
  2. 2Claude CodeWrote each level as frame data plus a Remotion scene. Codex painted Mia and the props.
  3. 3Claude CodeRendered it with npm run render and checked the length.
  4. 4Publit.SiTook the folder into the backlog, wrote captions per platform, put it on the 17:00 slot.

  2. 2CodexWrote the episode list and a renderer: Playwright draws, FFmpeg encodes.
  3. 3CodexMade the glossy icons, rendered episode 83 and checked it frame by frame.

  2. 2Your agentWrote the story data: the moves, the narration, the move where the puzzle starts.

Lava & slime

“THREE SQUARES. ONE MATES.”

The same chess puzzles, with a game show twist: every attacked square is lava. Pick the knight move that doesn't burn or get stuck.

  1. 1YouAsked for a “floor is lava” twist on the app's puzzles.
  2. 2Your agentPicked puzzles from the app's own bank where one knight move mates and two look tempting.
  3. 3Your agentChecked every card, recorded the voice, rendered 51 of them.

Case file 05 · Das Köln Quiz

Was gab's zuerst?

“Kölner Haie oder Alte Universität?”

Two duels: which came first? A hand picks before the answer, and in round two it picks wrong on purpose, so people correct it in the comments.

Every case above

Who does what

The split is the same in all five cases, and it will be the same for your app.

  1. You

    • The idea and the feedback
    • Approve in Queue › Review
    • Click Post on TikTok
  2. Your agent

    • Script and on-screen text
    • Render code and the video
    • Captions and hashtags
  3. Publit.Si

    • Backlog and posting slots
    • Posting from your own computer
    • Numbers and learnings

Your app has Shorts in it too.

Levels, questions, recipes, screens: your agent turns what your app already has into a series, and your own computer posts it.
