Terms and refunds

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the delivery and use of Publit.Si. The provider is Max Anton Schneider (maxschneidercodes); address and contact details are in the legal notice.

You buy from Sold through Link, LLC (Lemon Squeezy), which sells Publit.Si as reseller and merchant of record. Ordering, payment, invoicing and taxes are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms shown at checkout. These terms govern the relationship between you and us: delivery of the source code, the license, updates, support and liability. Buyers' own terms do not apply.

2. What you buy

Publit.Si is software in source code that you install and run yourself on your Mac or Windows PC. It schedules and publishes posts through the official APIs of the platforms you configure. In TikTok Studio mode, the included Chrome extension prepares the post in your browser; you review and publish it yourself. Direct TikTok API posting is subject to TikTok approvals and restrictions. We do not operate Publit.Si for you: there is no hosted service, no user account with us and no server of ours that processes your content.

3. Plans and prices

• Pro: €199 once, for one person and one GitHub account.
• Agency: €799 once, for one company with up to ten people and GitHub accounts.

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. The price shown by Lemon Squeezy at checkout, including the taxes stated there, applies. Accounts or subscriptions with third parties (such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor for the AI features, see section 9) are not included.

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect licenses that have already been bought, including their updates.

4. Contract and payment

The presentation on publit.si is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded when you submit your order in the Lemon Squeezy checkout and Lemon Squeezy confirms it. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, payment methods and invoices.

5. Delivery

After buying you receive a receipt from Lemon Squeezy with your license key. On the Get the code page you enter the key and your GitHub username; GitHub then invites that account to the private repository with the source code. Delivery is complete once the source code or suitable means of accessing it have actually been made available to you. You need a GitHub account (the free one is enough) and must accept the invitation. If claiming does not work, email info@maxantonschneider.com.

6. License

You may use the code as described in the source code license. Copyright stays with us. The license forms part of these terms.

7. Updates

Your purchase includes every future update of Publit.Si at no extra cost, for as long as we develop and publish it. There is no renewal fee. Updates are published in the repository; you install them yourself and resolve any conflicts with your own changes to the code.

We decide what goes into an update and when it is released. Statutory obligations to provide updates to consumers (Section 327f BGB) remain unaffected. Beyond that, we do not undertake to keep developing Publit.Si or to adapt it to platform changes. The code you received stays licensed and keeps working as far as the platforms allow.

8. Requirements and operation

• a Mac with a current macOS or a PC with Windows 10 or 11, an internet connection, Node.js, pnpm and the tools listed in the setup guide,
• authorised platform accounts and your own developer apps where required by the API mode you choose,
• for Instagram and TikTok, your own domain on Cloudflare for the tunnel,
• for TikTok, your own TikTok developer app (sandbox mode is enough) to connect your account; for TikTok Studio also Google Chrome with the included extension.

Your computer must be on and online when posts are due. Approvals, APIs, limits and rules are set by the platforms. We cannot promise that a platform will approve your app, allow certain features or leave them unchanged. You are responsible for following the platforms' rules and for your content.

9. AI features

Planning, the calendar, the editor and publishing work without AI. The AI features need an AI agent installed and signed in on your computer: AI texts need Claude Code or Codex; the Studio, where the agent works in your project's own repository, and the Publit.Si tools over MCP work with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor; the daily Shorts in the Studio need Claude Code. These tools are provided by Anthropic, OpenAI and Anysphere (Cursor) under their own terms. You need your own account or subscription with them and pay for it yourself; it is not included in the price. We have no influence on their availability, limits, prices or results. Check AI output before you publish it.

10. Support

Support is by email to info@maxantonschneider.com. We help with questions about claiming access, setup and errors in the code. We do not guarantee a response time. Custom changes, remote setup on your computer and advice on platform approvals are not part of support. Do not send us passwords, access tokens or API keys.

11. Withdrawal and refunds

The full withdrawal information and optional form and the electronic Withdraw from contract function are available online. Review your details, submit with “Confirm withdrawal” and receive an acknowledgement by email.

We do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Lemon Squeezy may grant refunds under its Buyer Terms.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal against Lemon Squeezy as the seller. For paid digital content, it expires only when all statutory requirements are met: the seller has begun performance, you expressly consented to performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this causes the loss of your right of withdrawal, and received a contract confirmation under Section 312f BGB (Section 356(6), no. 2 BGB).

On publit.si, the buy button becomes available only after you consent using the checkbox. The consent time is passed to Lemon Squeezy. Delivery depends on actual access to the source code or suitable access means (section 5); merely issuing a license key does not replace all statutory requirements for the right of withdrawal to expire. If those requirements are not met, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Defects: if Publit.Si does not work as described, your statutory rights apply (section 12). Email info@maxantonschneider.com so we can investigate. You may assert statutory claims against the responsible contracting party independently of this support process.

Process: Lemon Squeezy carries out refunds under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. You may contact us with your order number and we will help forward the request to Lemon Squeezy. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.

After a full refund: we remove repository access and the license for that purchase ends. You must delete all copies of the code, including changed ones. A partial refund alone does not automatically remove repository access.

12. Warranty

If you are a consumer, the statutory warranty rights for digital products apply (Sections 327 et seq. BGB). If you are a business, claims for defects become time-barred one year after delivery; this does not apply to claims under section 13 or in case of fraudulent concealment. Whether platform changes or AI output constitute a defect depends on the agreed characteristics and statutory requirements. Consumers' statutory rights, including rights to required updates, are not excluded by this provision.

13. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, where we have given a guarantee, and under the German Product Liability Act.

For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. Liability is then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

For loss of data, any contributory fault is assessed under statutory law (Section 254 BGB), for example where reasonable backups would have avoided the damage. Unlimited liability under the first paragraph of this section remains unaffected. Back up your content/ folder and the Publit.Si data directory regularly. The provisions above apply correspondingly to the people we engage to perform our obligations.

14. Term and end of the license

The license has no time limit. It ends on a full refund of the purchase. We may also terminate it for good cause, in particular if you share, publish or resell the code despite a warning. When the license ends we remove repository access and you must delete all copies.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future purchases. Your purchase is governed by the version published when you ordered. Later changes do not restrict the rights of a license you have already bought.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Kempten (Allgäu), Germany.

17. Language and final provisions

These terms are available in German and English. The German version is binding. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid; the statutory rule replaces the invalid provision.
